Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14‑day return period. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition it was received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all items must be returned using a trackable service. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Special orders
  • Made‑to‑order items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit provider may require additional time to finalise the refund.
